Resort Manager System Status
Live operational health, response times, and 28-day uptime history across all Resort Manager cloud services, sync brokers, and customer-facing APIs.
Automated synthetic monitoring runs every 5 minutes from multiple independent edge regions worldwide (London, Bangkok, Singapore, and Jakarta).
Incident & Maintenance Log
No service interruptions, degraded performance, or unscheduled downtime reported across Resort Manager Flex, Desk, WiFi, Tables, or CRM. Automated health probes run every 5 minutes from London, Singapore, Bangkok, and Jakarta edge locations.
Synthetic probe telemetry, commit histories, and automated incident logs are published directly to our public status repository at github.com/MarkLFT/ResortManager.Status.
Hybrid resilience: why Resort Manager venues never stop when the cloud drops
Most modern SaaS hospitality systems — including Toast, Cloudbeds, Mews, and Lightspeed — are built as pure-cloud applications. If an undersea cable gets cut, an island ISP has an outage, or a backhoe cuts a roadside fibre line, a pure-cloud hotel or restaurant comes to a sudden halt: cashier tablets freeze, kitchen printers stop printing tickets, and reception cannot check in arriving guests.
Resort Manager was engineered specifically to solve this vulnerability for tropical resorts, island properties, and high-volume dining venues:
- Local LAN Continuity
- In our Resort Manager Flex and Standalone POS hybrid deployments, a small local sync node runs on your local network. When the internet drops, Front Desk terminals, cashier screens, and kitchen printers continue ringing orders, settling room folios, and taking payments without delay.
- Door Lock & Keycard Isolation
- On-site door lock encoders communicate directly over your local property LAN. Guests never wait in the lobby because an international cloud service is unreachable.
- Bi-Directional Catch-Up Sync
- The moment your internet connection is restored, the local sync broker automatically reconciles all offline room folios, POS tabs, and guest profile notes back up to RM-Flex and RM-CRM with zero lost records.
- Offline Captive Portal Fallback
- On properties deploying RM-WiFi, pre-configured gateway routers provide local authentication caching so staying guests already in-house maintain seamless Wi-Fi connectivity even during upstream ISP blips.
About our monitoring infrastructure
Resort Manager continuously monitors service health, API latency, and data synchronization across four dedicated geographic locations: London (Europe), Singapore (Asia-Pacific Primary Hub), Bangkok (Thailand), and Jakarta (Indonesia & Bali).
- Multi-Location Synthetic Checks
- Automated synthetic probes execute end-to-end API workflows every 5 minutes from distributed probes in London, Singapore, Bangkok, and Jakarta using Globalping edge nodes.
- Regional Route Isolation
- If an isolated regional ISP experiences packet loss in Southeast Asia, our monitoring distinguishes between regional upstream routing blips and central core infrastructure.
- Database Health Probes
- Read and write transactions are validated continuously against primary and read-replica database clusters in Europe and Southeast Asia.
- Sync Broker Telemetry
- Aggregated heartbeats from property edge nodes in Thailand, Indonesia, and Europe report real-time sync performance and latency back to our operations team.
- Immediate Incident Escalation
- Any latency spike or degraded endpoint automatically triggers priority alerts to on-call engineering before clients experience disruption.
