Resort Manager Flex solves this for the two areas that can never afford to stop: Front Desk Reception and POS Cashier terminals. A small local computer at your property keeps a live copy of your essential data in constant sync with the cloud:

What keeps working when the internet drops: Your POS Cashier terminals (taking orders, printing kitchen tickets, settling bills) and core Front Desk Reception tasks (checking in arriving guests, looking up bookings, recording room key handovers) keep running via the small local computer
What pauses until the internet returns: Back-office screens, management reports, accounting, and general web screens pause while the internet is down
Automatic sync when reconnected: As soon as your internet comes back, the local computer automatically syncs every check-in, order, and payment back to the cloud server

The Fully On-Premise edition for islands and remote resorts

For islands, remote beaches, and rural properties where the internet is slow or drops for days at a time, we offer a Fully On-Premise version (Flex Estate Pro).

With this option, a dedicated server is installed at your property holding the full software and database on-site:

Integrated recipe-depleting inventory and back-office control. Deplete bar and kitchen stock as orders are rung on the POS.

99% of the system keeps running: Front desk, all POS terminals, back-office accounting, stock control, housekeeping, and management reports all run locally on your property network even if the outside internet is completely dead
Only the 1% that needs the outside world pauses: External internet services such as live credit card payment gateways and Online Travel Agency (OTA) booking transfers wait in a queue and catch up automatically when the line comes back
